Union-Side Labor Law and Supportive Decision Making Support

Rollins and Martin have decades of experience in union-side labor law. We represent more than a dozen unions in the state of Minnesota, most of them are in the public sector and many of them are supervisory.
We work with unions, most of which are in school districts, cities, counties.
We enjoy working regularly with clients to proactively identify areas of weakness and opportunities to grow and to strengthen the structure of the union and it’s members.
We believe that effective advocacy can be still be respectful.
We believe that strong unions are necessary to ensure reasonable wages and working conditions.
We believe that workers can benefit from supporting each other and that strategic bargaining can reap rewards in the long term.
Zaidee received a BA in English and a secondary education license from Hamline University in 1996. After that, Zaidee taught in the public schools and then was able to stay-at-home with her two young children. In 2005, Zaidee attended William Mitchell College of Law and after earning her JD in 2009, she joined her father, Ron Rollins in his law practice. Since then she has worked exclusively in union-side labor law. She represents unions at the bargaining table, in disciplinary disputes, in contract administration issues and in arbitrations. Zaidee believes that that labor law statutes and unions are necessary to balance the power of Employers.
